Our Virtual Foodbank is designed to provide supermarket gift cards to individuals and families experiencing food insecurity. It’s a simple and confidential service: you complete a short form online, we review your request within 24 hours, and then we send a digital gift card to your email based on your household size.

Once we receive your request, we assess it promptly and issue an eGift card via email that can be used either in-store or online, depending on the retailer. The amount you receive depends on the number of people in your household including dependants.
All you need to apply is your name, an email address, a brief explanation of your current need, and the size of your household. The form takes less than five minutes to complete. You can also choose whether you would like a member of our team to follow up with you in a couple of weeks to check in and offer further advice or support.
